Our goal is to help all of our customers, but due to the inherent nature of business we post this refund policy to be transparent about how we operate. Refunds are not accepted on any cash sales or document preparation fees collected, also referred to as our document fee or doc fee. All cash purchases with our company are final; no exceptions. If you request a refund on a financed sale, we allow this within the first 60 days of purchase, any principle paid will be refunded, again document preparation fees are excluded.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned land purchase request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days (this timeline depends on the credit card and their banking partners timeline to return funds to the original account or card).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
1) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
